Nice Foam Block
I purchased these to add to my collection for restorative yoga poses and they're very nice! The 4" will allow more height in bridge poses. Nice quality and size.

I got two
At first I ordered one but then I realized that I needed two for most of the poses that we do in my video. Once I had two blocks I could do so much more than I could do before.
